In the bakery you will find a different selection of gourmet gluten free goodies on a daily basis. We always have fresh baked cookies, muffins, brownies, cupcakes, breads, and baking mixes available for purchase out of our display cases. We are constantly creating new products and we do our best to keep you updated on new items on our Facebook page. If you need a large order of goodies for a special event please call to place a special order at least 48 hours in advance. Keep in mind that we book up quickly for weekends and holidays, so please give us as much notice as possible.
INFO ABOUT BREADS:
Breads are made Tuesday-Friday and are available on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to call to make sure the bread you are looking for is available. Please note that breads are usually not ready until the afternoon because they take time to rise and bake.
Here is our bread schedule:
Tuesday: French Bread
Wednesday: Brioche or Sandwich Bread
Thursday: Challah & French Bread
Friday: French Bread & Brioche
The bakery is open for retail hours Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and on Saturdays 10am-4pm. We are closed for wholesale baking Sundays and Mondays.
